Who Is Richer? Nana Appiah Mensah Or Nana Kwame Bediako

It’s amazing to see very young Ghanaian men doing great in recent times. They make good use of their money and impact the society positively.

The rate of employment they create with their wealth is one worth talking about. In this article, we are taking into consideration two of Ghana’s youngest millionaires; Nana Appiah Mensah of Zylofon Media and Nana Kwame Bediako of Petrona City & Wonda World.

These young men have proven beyond reasonable doubts that they are indeed ‘loaded’. Well, the question we are asking is, who is richer?

Let’s take a tour through their investments and then we see who has more cash than the other.

Nana Appiah Mensah (NAM 1)

Known as Mr. Zylofon, he has several investments in the country and is currently extending his borders across Africa and the world.

He has Zylofon Media which has signed several artistes onto their record label, bought expensive houses and cars for them and also huge contractual cash as part of the package. They currently have over 10 acts signed unto their label with Shatta Wale being the latest; he was rumoured to have been signed at a fee of $1.5 million.

Zylofon has over 10 branches all over the country and still counting, with several official cars.

Nana Appiah Mensah also has a private jet which he uses for his personal and business rounds. The young man has changed the entertainment industry drastically since his intervention.

The business mogul also owns Menzgold, the premium gold investment hub in the country recently. Menzgold has over 10 branches across the country as well with several investors receiving their returns every month.

Nana Appiah Mensah is also the owner of Brew Marketing Consult Co. Limited, Menzgold Espana S.L, T.I.A. Holdings (USA), Brew Energy Company Limited, Brew Realty Company Limited, Cheetah Security Co. Limited

That’s to talk about a couple of the investments NAM 1 owns. Let’s move to the next person in question (Cheddar).

Nana Kwame Bediako (Cheddar)

Popularly known as Cheddar, he is a businessman who is into real estates and oil. He owns Kwarleyz Apartments, Petronia City and Wonda World Estates. The young man has really changed the view in most parts of the country with his exceptional buildings and development. He owns several luxurious cars which include a Lamborghini he bought from Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo.

He is a close friend and business partner to the money man Floyd Mayweather. He also owns the New Africa Foundation. He is the owner of the magnificent No.1 Oxford Street building in Osu.

He is really ‘dosted’. Even the Osu Oxford street building alone costs more than $40 million with the Kwarleyz Apartments costing a little over $60 million and not even talking of the other ones in Accra and the whole city at Takoradi.

The question we are asking is, which one of these two industrious men is richer?

Sarkodie is an illiterate arrogant douchebag - Chris-Vincent Agyapong

Controversial blogger Chris-Vincent Agyapong Febiri has once again caused outrage with his new blog post titled “King Sarkodie’ — Perhaps a truly arrogant fame driven illiterate “douchebag”.

His write-up has generated lots of conversation on social media as usual with fans of the artiste jumping to his defense.

According to the editor of Ghanacelebrities Michael Owusu Addo popularly known as Sarkodie snubbed a female fan in a very embarrassing and arrogant way.

He noted that Sarkodie who was walking around with an ‘angry face’,gave the woman a rude response by ignoring her.

“But Sarkodie completely ignored this lady, and it was embarrassing. I am not sure how she was able to still walk alongside us to her car in those heels.”

He continued to describe Ghana’s King of raps as “an illiterate arrogant douchebag—who walks around with a camera, a frowned face and completely ignores a shout-out from a fan in such a contemptuous manner”.

About 3 months ago, according to reports, Highlife legend, Kwaisey Pee disclosed that despite his love for Sarkodie, the rapper has become very disrespectful and arrogant after gaining fame.

Read his full post below:

Yesterday, I went to have a meeting with Bola Ray at his plush EIB office to catch up on some few things that are in the pipe-line.

I wouldn’t fly into Ghana and out without the Bola Ray catch-up ritual.

Bola Ray is the man, the myth and the legend—this message boldly sits on his table and I absolutely agree with it.

While at Bola Ray’s office, I messaged Berla Mundi, so I can say “Hello” to her in person. Her recent scandal got us chatting a few times and she has since helped me with a few clients I handle so I wanted to meet her—but she was out on the field.

I am told Berla is petite, just at Nana Aba Anamoah but she is truly beautiful, unlike Nana Aba.

I didn’t get to meet her. I left Bola’s office and stood to catch up with his London returnee PA, Crystal. While chatting with the bubbly and well spoken Crystal, I heard a gentleman tell Crystal that if I am done with Bola, then he was going to bring Sarkodie up.On my way to the car park with Kwame Hagan, a senior GhanaCelebrities.Com correspondent, we bumped into Sarkodie in his full “angry face.”

And he had a guy following him with an SLR camera—as though he was shooting a reality TV series.

People including Ghanaian stars are free to walk around with cameras and frown faces, that’s a matter of choice.

Walking beside us was a beautifully dressed woman, who I later saw jump into a Unibank Services car and therefore must be a Unibank staff.

While angry-faced Sarkodie was adjacent us, walking towards us to the lift which we had come out of, this woman shouted loudly, amplified by the emptiness of the huge floor—“King Sark, how are you?”

I have met several celebrities, from George Clooney via Jason Statham to Eminem and Kim Kardashian. One thing that runs as a common denominator with the “intelligent” celebrities is how they pretend to adore their fans—especially in public.

But Sarkodie completely ignored this lady, and it was embarrassing. I am not sure how she was able to still walk alongside us to her car in those heels.

Kwame turned his neck and asked me, “Did you see what just happened? And then Sarkodie will come and sit on TV to say he’s not arrogant as claimed.”I responded: “He’s an illiterate arrogant douchebag—who walks around with a camera, a frowned face and completely ignores a shout-out from a fan in such a contemptuous manner.”

King Sark, the woman shouted! I say, King Sark my foot!
