Video: Stonebwoy Loses His Cool, Slaps Shatta Wale For Calling Him ‘Apakye’ In The Volta Region

Stonebwoy has proven that he’s the ‘Ayigbe Mafia’ and we know after this one, Shatta Wale would not dare call him names again. Reports reaching is that, Stonebwoy has slapped Shatta Wale at a local chop bar in the Volta Region. The two acts who are currently signed under Zylofon Music have been rivals in the music space for a long time and have been on each other recently.

Shatta Wale who took offense to Stonebwoy mocking his big mouth ridiculed him in several posts on Social media and even released an exclusive song titled ‘No Mercy For The Cripple’ just to mock Stonebwoy’s leg that suffered some fracture in the past due to an accident.

Stonebwoy who’s currently in the Volta Region with Shatta Wale as they are expected to perform at a program in the region later on, had gone to Esinam’s Chop bar to get some fufu. When he got there, Shatta Wale was already there eating some fufu and goat meat with his boys.

Stonebwoy ignored them, although he saw them and Shatta Wale who saw him, was heard shouting; “Hey Apakye, chale you too you dey chop fufu?”

Stonebwoy who got soo angry when he heard Wale call him by that, angrily walked to where Shatta Wale was sitted and before Wale could know it, some two slaps have already landed on his face. It took the intervention of the people around to calm matters there as Wale was filled with tears and was about to also slap Stonebwoy back.

C.E.O of Zylofon Media, Nana Appiah Mensah has described Reggae/Dancehall musician Stonebwoy as a ‘lost sheep’. He made the statement Friday, May 18, after quashing a confusion that recently erupted at Zylofon Music imprint.

Stonebwoy broke the news about the end of the confusion via social media yesterday and asked his fans to throw their weights behind the record label.

He shared a photo with NAM 1 with the caption: “At The End Of The Day Peace Will Prevail,Progress Shall Reign And All Things Shall Work Together For Good.. I’ll Borrow Words From This Noble Man @mn_appiah With Whom This Revolution started.. #GhanaShallProsper.

Nana Appiah Mensah, responding to this, compared the situation to the ‘Parable of the Lost Sheep’ in the Bible, indirectly referring to Stonebwoy as the ‘lost sheep’.
