Patapaa Wins His First Award And Ghanaians Can’t Stop Laughing After His Speech

Patapaa, the hitmaker of ‘One Corner’ has won his first award as an artiste at the maiden edition of the Music Awards. At the award ceremony that was held yesterday, March 24, 2018, at the Fantasy Dome, Patapaa beat his competitors in the ‘Viral Song Of The Year’ category to win the award.

The Swedru-based artiste who was extremely happy about his win mounted the stage to pick his award, supported by two other persons. He was nominated in the same category with Shatta Wale’s ‘Taking Over’, Kofi Kinata’s ‘Confessions’, Lil Win’s ‘Ladder’ and ‘Bronya’ but the ‘Pa2pa’ singer won that category on the night.

Patapaa who was dumbfounded when he won, giving his speech said;” this one na true story ooooo”

And he gave us some lines from his song. Chale if you think Patapaa didn’t deserve his award then ‘Dweeeeeeeee!’

Nana Appiah Mensah calls Stonebwoy ‘lost sheep’

C.E.O of Zylofon Media, Nana Appiah Mensah has described Reggae/Dancehall musician Stonebwoy as a ‘lost sheep’. He made the statement Friday, May 18, after quashing a confusion that recently erupted at Zylofon Music imprint.

Stonebwoy broke the news about the end of the confusion via social media yesterday and asked his fans to throw their weights behind the record label.

He shared a photo with NAM 1 with the caption: “At The End Of The Day Peace Will Prevail,Progress Shall Reign And All Things Shall Work Together For Good.. I’ll Borrow Words From This Noble Man @mn_appiah With Whom This Revolution started.. #GhanaShallProsper.

Nana Appiah Mensah, responding to this, compared the situation to the ‘Parable of the Lost Sheep’ in the Bible, indirectly referring to Stonebwoy as the ‘lost sheep’.
