Naughty Nicki Minaj dedicated a raunchy performance of  “Anaconda” at the Time 100 Gala to Donald Trump and, oddly, Joe Biden, who wasn’t there.

But Minaj wowed the power crowd — that included Charlie Rose, astronaut Scott Kelly, three-time Nobel Peace Prize-nominated Congolese gynecologist Denis Mukwege and Ariana Grande — with an energetic performance, asking the audience, “Who do you think likes the biggest butts, Donald Trump or Joe Biden?” Trump, the cultured crowd concurred.

While the veep was not at the event to honor Time’s most influential people, his wife, Dr. Jill Biden, was among the guests, but had left before Minaj’s hip-shaking performance.

Enjoying Minaj’s show was former Arizona Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, who survived a 2011 assassination attempt, and who was dancing up front. Skier Lindsey Vonn, ex of Tiger Woods, cheered when Minaj said, “Hands up — those independent women who don’t need a man to treat them badly . . . and can buy their own house.”

There was so much security for Trump’s arrival that all the stars had to go through a metal detector. Gayle King was spotted being frisked and having her handbag searched.

Trump, with wife Melania, triumphantly mingled as Tuesday’s primary results rolled in, telling guests, “We had a clean sweep tonight.” Those congratulating the Donald included Google mogul Eric Schmidt. (Trump said, “Wow. Eric Schmidt. Now I’ve really made it.”)

Trump also told us of his interview with Megyn Kelly for Fox, “I think it will be a very good interview, I hope. I respect the fact that she was able to pick up the phone to clear the air.”

Caitlyn Jenner joked in a speech mentioning “bathroom bills” for gay and transgender people: “Donald said I could use any bathroom I wanted in Trump Tower. So [when walking by] of course I veered right in there . . . Took care of myself . . . It actually worked out quite well.” And upon meeting statuesque supermodel Karlie Kloss, Jenner quipped, “At last, someone my height.”

Ebony’s funeral invitation finally out

We have sighted a photo of an invitation card for the funeral of late dancehall act, Ebony Reigns, known in real life as Priscilla Opoku-Kwarteng, which has started making rounds on social media.

The invitation to the funeral is reportedly coming from the family of the late singer who are expecting a mammoth crowd during the final funeral rites of their late family member.

According to details of the card, family of the late award-winning dancehall act were inviting Ghanaians to partake in the solemn ceremony which is slated for March 24.

The funeral is expected to take place at the forecourt of the State House on Accra with her final resting place going to be the Osu Cemetary.

Not too long ago, father of the ‘Date Ur Fada’ singer, Nana Opoku Kwarteng revealed the official cloth to be used for the funeral of her daughter.

In an interview with Joy News, Mr. Nana Opoku Kwarteng revealed that he had a hard time sleeping, so did some of his family members, especially, Ebony’s sister.

He also used the opportunity to ‘appeal’ for support from well-meaning Ghanaians who wanted to contribute to make Ebony’s funeral a memorable one.

A tribute concert is scheduled to take place on March 23 in honor of the 21-year-old singer in which many artistes have been billed to perform.

Ebony died in a gory accident on the Sunyani-Kumasi road while returning to Accra from Sunyani. Her childhood friend and PA, Franky Kuri and one air force official, Francis Atsu Vondee, who posed as a bodyguard also died in the car crash.

The final funeral rites and burial service of the late Dancehall diva Ebony Reigns have been scheduled for March 24, 2018 instead of the first date, March 17. The postponement follows difficulties to secure a big enough venue for the funeral.
