Newly Married Unemployed Man Welcomes A Set Of Quintuplets

Mr Imudia Uduehi, a father of quintuplet who married less than a year ago, has appealed to government, well-meaning Nigerians and philanthropists to support the family in raising the children. .

Uduehi, also an unemployed graduate, from Ekpoma in Esan West LGA in Edo, made the appeal while speaking with the News Agency of Nigeria on Wednesday in Abuja. .

He said the quintuplet was delivered at the National Hospital Abuja on April 12, adding that all the five babies and the mother were in good health. “I am delighted and I thank God to have blessed us with these healthy children, I know it is a huge responsibility because it is not easy to raise even one child. .

I am, however, appealing to the government, well-meaning Nigerians and corporate organisations to come and support my family in raising the children. I want everyone to see these children not just as a blessing to us but also a blessing to the entire nation,’’ Uduehi said. .

In the same vein, Mrs Oluwakemi Uduehi, mother of the quintuplets, who is a civil servant, expressed joy for safe delivery adding that she conceived naturally and delivered five healthy baby girls. .

Uduehi, who also appealed to Nigerians to support her family, stated that they were presently residing in a one bedroom apartment at Lugbe on Airport road. “My husband is presently searching for a job and I am a civil servant with Nigerian Population Commission in Abuja.

We both live in one bedroom apartment in Lugbe because that is what we can afford. But now that God has blessed us with five children, we will definitely need a bigger apartment and money to meet their needs, especially buying baby food and cloths,’’ she said.

Very Sad!! Ebony’s Father Cries….. My Daughter

  1. Taking his turn to read his tribute, Nana Poku Kwarteng, expressed pain and shock over some things he wished he could have done for Ebony as a father.

“My light went off completely when the call of Ohemmaa demise came. I was shocked. My mind was blown. My entire body was devastated. I couldn’t believe it. Ohemaa had gone to visit her mother only to return no more. Sympathisers started trooping into our Dansoman residence to express their condolences.

It was that moment that I partially accepted that… Ohemaa expressed interest in music, but I wished that she could continue her education. She went into the music industry with her youthful exuberance. She wanted to lift Ghana high in her career. She always said she would reign in music.

She was tipped to one day …. the life of an extraordinary artist has been ceased… her great voice has been silenced… it will be difficult to understand your untimely death… You have crossed your bar… your sun has set. our darling girl, you will forever reign in our hearts.” the father stated.

Meanwhile, management of Ebony Reigns has shown up at the singer’s funeral to commiserate with friends and family and also pay their last respects.

Bullet had earlier revealed how much of a loss Ebony’s death will have on his music career considering the massive investment and nationwide admiration for the singer.

Meanwhile, some top officials from the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) have shown up at the funeral of the singer, Ebony Reigns, to commiserate with friends and family of the late singer.

Thousands of mourners have trouped in at the State House in Accra to pay their last respects to the singer.

So far, some key figures and state officials have made it to the scene including the former mayor of Accra, Alfred Okoe Vanderpiuje.

The burial service and final funeral rites which had originally been scheduled for March 17 at the Independence Square had to be postponed after it clashed with already booked programmes at the initial venue.

Following a meeting between Ebony’s family, led by her father, Nana Opoku Kwarteng, and the Chief of Staff, Akosua Frema Opare, the funeral was rescheduled to March 24 at the forecourt of the State House.
