Joselyn Dumas joins ‘Forces Help Ghana’ (FHG) to exterminate Cholera
You may know her as the gorgeous and talented TV personality and actress in many Ghanaian and Nigerian movies, but, Joselyn Dumas is more than just an entertainment personality.
Joselyn is a consistent award winner, coveting the Best Actress awards in both the Ghana Movie Award and the African Movie Academy Award.
She is firmly rooted in the entertainment industry as a TV host and has secured her place further, through her production company- Virgo Sun Company Ltd and her Joselyn Canfor-Dumas Foundation (JCDF) that helps underprivileged children.
Joselyn has also recently launched the Xcholera campaign in response to the current outbreak of Cholera in Ghana.
The “Xcholera” team is collaborating with Forces Help Ghana (FHG), a Foundation set up by Ghanaian born British army officers, on a massive clean–up campaign on the 6th of November 2014 as part of celebrating our veterans in Ghana.
Over 200 uniformed Ghanaian military officers will be supporting this clean-up campaign.
Cholera is an acute diarrhoeal illness typically contracted from infected water supplies, causing severe vomiting and dehydration, and death in some cases.
Since May 2014, over 5,000 citizens have been affected by Cholera in Ghana.

rs. Charlotte Adjetey mother of late singer Terry Bonchaka paid her last respect to multiple award-winning singer Ebony Reigns.
The final funeral rites, which was held at the State House in Accra witness scores of fans and celebrities as Late Terry Bonchaka mother came to bid farewell.
The mother who onetime lost her eldest son known in real life as Terrence Nii Okang Mensah Adjetey aka Terry Bonchaka felt much pains when she saw the final remains of Ebony laid to rest.
Terry’s mother shed tears bringing back memories when she bid farewell to her son and now it’s Ebony.
According to her: may God keep her safe… this young lady [Ebony] death brings a lot of pains to me when I lost my son. I pray this never happens again in Ghana.
Many media present couldn’t recognise Terry’s mother since the death of her son in 2003.
The 21-year-old died Terry on Friday, October 29, 2003, after performing at the Akuafo Hall of the University of Ghana in their Hall Week Celebration.
Terry Bonchaka met his untimely death in a fatal accident on the Legon-Madina road in Accra when his car veered off the road and hit a tree. He was confirmed dead at the 37 Military Hospital.
