Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) Academy board member, Halik Musah has said that he will resign from the board if Ebony doesn’t win 2018 VGMA Artiste of the year.
According to Halik Musah, Ebony has really worked hard under the year of review to win the award on merit.
“If Ebony doesn’t win the 2018 artist of the year, I will personally resign as an academy board member for the VGMA. Because it will be a Total cheat. I know ebony will not campaign much for votes because of her brand, But it doesn’t mean we should keep giving the awards to wrong people because of vote. It discourages talent.”
Halik Musah also noted that it will be a total cheat if Ebony doesn’t win and from his latter end, he made a serious statement which connotes that VGMA gives awards to the wrong people.
He stressed; “I know ebony will not campaign much for votes because of her brand, But it doesn’t mean we should keep giving the awards to wrong people because of vote. It discourages talent.”
This is a serious statement by a board member and FNNews promises to probe further to ascertain the authenticity of awards given out.
‘Our Leaders Are Utterly Stupid’ – Sarkodie, Yvonne Nelson, Stonebwoy, Others Express Support For Kwaw Kese’s Ambulance Rant
Rapper Kwaw Kese has received backing from colleagues in the Ghanaian entertainment industry on his rants about the state of leadership in the country.
A video posted via his Instagram account finds the self-professed crazy rapper lashing out at the New Patriotic Party government over its failure to improve health care issues in Ghana.
Kwaw Kese couldn’t believe that with all the stories of people dying due to lack of ambulances, the stories of hospitals without enough beds to take care of Ghanaians, the NPP is wasting money buying 275 buses for the party.
“It is stupidity and foolishness that a political party can buy 275 buses for its activities when the country is currently struggling with just 55 ambulances. God will continue punishing Ghana and our leaders must start dying one by one.” stated a visibly angry Kese in the video posted early this week.
His comments were supported by many including Sarkodie, Stonebwoy, Yvonne Nelson, Captain Planet and D Cryme.
