Blakk Rasta disagrees with Episode
Our regular controversial Ghanaian Radio Presenter and Roots Reggae singer, Blakk Rasta, has jumped on Episode’s case today.
He sounded very lively on air today (Tuesday, November 4, 2014) shuffling Ghana reggae songs back to back until he got to Episode’s – Blakk Rasta was playing “Mandela” by Episode and all of a sudden he opened the microphone and says….”I personally think Episode should stop doing Dancehall. He is wasting time on that genre. He is a very good artiste whom I think if he switches to strictly Reggae he will do better.”
From Blakk Rasta’s comments one could easily tell he likes Episode and wish he could do more ONE DROP songs than the regular (Dancehall) for which he’s more identified with.
Episode has enjoyed a good patronage this year on countless stages including his “Black Urban Tour”.
According to reports, Ignace, CEO of 4Syte TV Ghana, says, Episode the best performer at the recently held MTN 4Syte TV Music Video Awards Nominees’ Jam held in Kumasi over the weekend.
Episode holds double nominations in this year’s 4syte TV Awards due for November 18, 2014 in Accra.
Video: ‘I Am Very Sorry For Calling You Born One Prostitute’ – Counsellor Lutterodt Apologises To Yvonne Nelson
Counsellor George Lutterodt, who has gained notoriety for emotionally abusing women on TV and radio platforms, not long ago described actress Yvonne Nelson as a “born-one, shameful ashawo” who has no iota of disgrace to shut up about her adulterous life of having a daughter out of wedlock.
The comment didn’t go down well with majority of Ghanaians, who claimed that the counsellor has crossed his boundaries with the opportunity he had on the TV platform. As a result, they called on the counselor to retract his derogatory statement used to describe the actress.
Lo and behold, Counselor Lutterodt for the first time has swallowed the bitter pill and has apologized for chastising Yvonne Nelson. Speaking to TV Africa’s Nikki Samonas, he said;
“To Yvonne Nelson, I say a very big sorry. The wording of the write-up, the conversation and video didn’t really match up, however since it has been said and has denigrated your brand, I sincerely apologize.’’
Regardless the self styled Counsellor posited that he has no personal grudge or whatsoever against the sensational actress. But then, his comments on the day were based on the issues being discussed.
